Vinyl siding · soft wash

House Washing

Dirt, algae and buildup leave siding looking worn and neglected. We remove the grime safely and protect the surfaces of your home while we do it.

What streaks your siding

Algae and grime settle into vinyl siding and show up as green and grey streaks, usually worst on the shaded wall. It looks like dirt, but it is growing, and it keeps coming back until the wall is cleaned properly.

The usual shortcut is a hard blast. High pressure can force water behind the siding, into the walls, and it can leave marks in the vinyl itself. That is the job behind the $99 offer, and it is the repair bill nobody mentions.

Protect first, then wash

Before we begin, we provide complete home protection. Windows, landscaping and other delicate areas get secured, and vulnerable openings are closed up to prevent water intrusion or disruption to your property.

Then comes a low-pressure soft wash that lets the cleaning solution do the lifting instead of force. From our base in Woodbridge we do this for homeowners across Fairfax County and Prince William County, and the method is the same on every house.

What comes back, and when

A north-facing wall under trees will grow algae again sooner than a sunny one. That is just how the siding sits, and a washed house stays clean much longer than one left alone.

If you have a notice from your association, ask about it on the phone at (703) 967-6149. We can talk through the siding, the timing, and what a regular wash schedule would look like for your lot.

Power washing without the power to destroy your siding.

Secured before water starts

  • Windows. Sealed against water before the first pass.

  • Landscaping. Beds and shrubs covered so nothing gets burned or buried.

  • Openings and delicate areas. Vulnerable spots secured to keep water out of the house.

Siding is only one surface on the lot. The driveway usually needs concrete cleaning, and if the notice came from your association, see cleanup for HOA violation notices.
